Lovely hotel
I have just enjoyed a 2 night anniversary break with my husband at Pyes Mill Hotel.We received a pleasant welcomeand were given a key to our room, which was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.We enjoyed a freshly an excellent cooked breakfast both morning's in a dining room with a view over the canal lock. We didn't have an evening meal as we had already enjoyed an anniversary lunch before arriving on the Sunday and hotel restaurant was not open on Monday eveningHotel staff were very friendly and gave good serviceCountryside location

Perfect Stay
I had such a lovely stay here. I was only visiting for one night while attending university nearby, but I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. The location is beautiful and so peaceful, surrounded by countryside with lovely views and walks along the canal. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day.The hotel itself was very comfortable and welcoming, and everything felt well looked after. The quiet setting made it feel like a proper escape, even though I was only there briefly.I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere calm and scenic to stay.

A MUST STAY
Amazing venue, rooms are beautiful, beds so comfy and pillows to die for.Not forgetting the excellent food and more importantly the management and staff we super helpful and friendly.Will defo be returning very soon

Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

Please be advised that our check in time is from 3.00pm until 10.30pm.

Pet Policy

We allow Dogs within certain pet friendly bedrooms at a cost of £15 per dog per night and within certain areas of the Hotel & Restaurant.

Cancellations

FLEXIBLE
Reservations can be amended or cancelled without charge up to 1am the day BEFORE arrival.
Change of date and room type may incur extra charge dependant on the rate for that day.
Cancellations made after 1am are charged at total cost of full reservation.

NON-REFUNDABLE
Non-Refundable -
Cancellations NOT permitted.
Reservation dates can be amended ONCE only.
Please note: Difference in rate will be payable at the time of amendment.
Should the new room rate be LESS than the original, no refund will be given.
Under no circumstances will a refund be given with a Non-Refundable reservation.

DEPOSITS
A £50 deposit is required for cash payments at the time of check-in.
Deposit refunded upon inspection of room.
Deposit will be held if any evidence of damage/theft/unlawful behaviour is found during inspection.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 11:00am.
Early check-in (from 11am) and late check-out (until 1pm) is available upon request for £5 per hour.
Payment is required on arrival for early check-in and before 11am for late check-out.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Photographic ID and £50 deposit required for cash payment.
Full payment required on check-in.

Parking is FREE for hotel guests.
Limited parking at the front of the hotel. Should this be full upon your arrival, additional parking is available on Hickory's Smokehouse.
Disabled parking bays available for blue badge holders only.
Registration to be given during arrival.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 17 and above are considered adults for booking purposes.

LOST PROPERTY
Lost items will be kept for 28 days. Perishable items such as fresh food and drink will be disposed of upon finding.
Please contact the hotel for retrieval.
Items can be posted via a pre-paid envelope sent via guest.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A £100 charge will be applied if smoking occurs anywhere in the hotel, inclusive of vapes.
Lead guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property.

No pets are allowed, except for verified assistance/guide dogs.

Parties and gatherings are not permitted within the hotel.
