Overnight Pyes Mill
Generally very good. However bathroom - no shelving for toiletries. No handy door hooks.Bedroom - clumps of dust and door wedge beneath winged chair.Very good access with lift to Reception and bedroom. Staff very obliging. Dinner and breakfast first class. Lovely location with ample parking close to entrance.

Excellent stay at Pyes Mill
Excellent value for money!Service was great in all areas of the hotel. Room was really comfortable and super clean! Had a great night's sleep as location was so quiet. Had Sunday roast and breakfast the next day and both were a credit to the chef. Will definitely stay again.

Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

Please be advised that our check in time is from 3.00pm until 10.30pm.

Pet Policy

We allow Dogs within certain pet friendly bedrooms at a cost of £15 per dog per night and within certain areas of the Hotel & Restaurant.

Cancellations

FLEXIBLE
Reservations can be amended or cancelled without charge up to 1am the day BEFORE arrival.
Change of date and room type may incur extra charge dependant on the rate for that day.
Cancellations made after 1am are charged at total cost of full reservation.

NON-REFUNDABLE
Non-Refundable -
Cancellations NOT permitted.
Reservation dates can be amended ONCE only.
Please note: Difference in rate will be payable at the time of amendment.
Should the new room rate be LESS than the original, no refund will be given.
Under no circumstances will a refund be given with a Non-Refundable reservation.

DEPOSITS
A £50 deposit is required for cash payments at the time of check-in.
Deposit refunded upon inspection of room.
Deposit will be held if any evidence of damage/theft/unlawful behaviour is found during inspection.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:30am Monday - Friday and 11am on weekends
Early check-in (from 11am) and late check-out (until 1pm) is available upon request for £5 per hour.
Payment is required on arrival for early check-in and before 11am for late check-out.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Photographic ID and £50 deposit required for cash payment.
Full payment required on check-in.

Please inform reception of any disability that may impact you evacuating yourself during the event of a fire.

PARKING
Parking is FREE for hotel guests.
Limited parking at the front of the hotel.
Disabled parking bays available for blue badge holders only.
Registration to be given during arrival.

WI-FI
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 17 and above are considered adults for booking purposes.

LOST PROPERTY
Lost items will be kept for 28 days. Perishable items such as fresh food and drink will be disposed of upon finding.
Please contact the hotel for retrieval.
Items can be posted via a pre-paid envelope sent via guest.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A £100 charge will be applied if smoking occurs anywhere in the hotel, inclusive of vapes.
Lead guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property.

PETS
Dog friendly rooms available upon request at a charge of £15.00 per night.

PARTIES/GATHERINGS
Parties and gatherings are not permitted within the hotel.
All guests must be registered upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Guests are not allowed to exceed the room’s stated occupancy limit of 2 adults and 2 children.

TRAVEL COTS
Travel cots are available for free for children aged 2 and under.
We advise you to bring your own blanket for extra comfort although these are available.

VERIFICATION & IDENTIFICATION
International guests must provide valid identification.
Guests paying cash must provide valid identification.
Copy of ID will be stored with your guest registration card in line with GDPR.
